today i'm on leave~
dpt mc frm doc..
coz of back pain..it's almost 2weeks ++ i tahan the pain...until oneday, i got high temp fever..so decided to see specialist..& finally admitted for 2days 
here the MRI result:
MRI of the Lumbo-sacral Spine
there is mild L4/L5 disc bulge. Thecal sacindented. Bilateral nerev roots within bilateral neural foramens are patent. AP diameter of spinal canal here is 15.7mm.

it's time to Update stories::
on 19 aug, i was fell from stairs,just afte came out frm toilet, the tiles was quite sloppy & i admit that my shoe itself was slippery, yes i know that i should nt wear tht shoe, since i was nearly fallen dwn a few times before but, as usual, selagi x kena x tau kn..evenmore that shoe was still good in condition, cume agak xselamat je la..so i pn pakai jela..nowadays plak i'm rarely having shoe shopping ..so dnt hv much collection. for raya, i should buy the secure one lah.. ok, actually
on that day i was attending closing ceremony for company event. ms tuh dh lewat ptg la jgk..i was having a great pain immediately afte fallen dwn. i can feel that the pain came frm my lowest bone..damn~ i cant sit well while driving, sgt skt oke.luckily i was on leave on the next day..,oh but i hv to accompany abid to buy a laptop & a few electronic stuff for him as preparation to egypt. & i guess it become worst because i had too much walk..till one day i can resist anymore & at the same time i had a hi-temp fever..
doc suggest i do the x-ray since my leg starting to kebas2..i went to hosp alor gajah, but the doc giving me unclear explaination regarding the injured..at last i decided to see a specialist at Putra Hosp., kak Zaiti was very kind tht helping me regarding the insurance thingy. i did the MRI, it was so cold inside the tunnel..i feel like..i'm lying inside the coffin & i've been shoot & it so noisy.huh so scared. but i adore the technology, it use an electromagnet to scan every single slice of my bone. frm every angle. & u can see one of the MRI result. i was admitted for 2 nights. so bored~ the doc named zulkifle was very nice.yeah because we pay them la kann..  ok..it's about a month since the incident, & i'm not fully cure..i had to see the doc for further check up, &hv to do the fisiotheraphy for 12 times (nxt week). tht's all my upadate. wish me get well soon..(huwaa i'm so scared whn ppl said that..bole paralysed..mcm ras adiba adoii laa)
& mr musa even advise me for not to ignore the pain coz his mother also had a back bone prob.
to all girls..watch out ur shoe ok..careful on ur steps~ okie dokie

hello guys..this is kampung durian daun..tgklah byk durian & daun2 nyer..heheh
btw, this is my grandma house..i used to lived here since i've born & aged 5...
then we moved to rumah taman..& this kg house was like ma weekend house...
dulu all around the house was a rambutan tree..lebey krg 6pokok dh tebang...ade rambutan masam (sweet & sour) best kalo buat jemm..
& here i attached most of the herbs & plants - request by pn asnah herself~

bukan rindu KUKTEM tp rindu masakan di kak long's cafe.
of course la teringt sbb 3 yrs mkn kt c2 & makanan nyer sungguh delicious & sangat affordable..
lagi2 breakfast..sbb boleh amik sepenuh polistrin yg mungkin tapi harga ttp RM1.x tau la skrg dh naik..plg sedap nasik lemak, ikan keli goreng cili padi, kupah goreng kunyit, terung, kurma ayam..
& masak kicap..sedap sungguh..kt mlk neh so far x jumpe lagi masakan yg bebetul sedap..
breakfast kt sane mmg heavy..nasi minyak..nasik hujan panas..ns dagang..tp sume sedapp
Kat kuantan..mesti ade ikan patin masak tempoyak..ikan patin tu agk mahal la jgk..sgt berlemak mcm ikan terubuk..
Kalo kat matrik melaka plak..
teringat claypot die & mee goreng mamak...cafe blok B
cafe A yg special aym goreng tepung die...
Ms praktikal pn ade tmpt mkn sedap jgk...xtau nk describe location..tp kt kg baru..warung bwh pokok..area kmpg2..kitaorg panggil kedai salim. situ murah..ns lemak die fav, sbb ade kari kerang..sambal sotong plastik & ayam..& ade kuetiaw kerang best kat area HKL kot..ade mcm medan selera situ..
kalo nasi kerabu..the delicious pernah i makan..my lecturer punye ns kerabu..

ade ayam percik..daging panggang..ikan goreng telur asin...kopok pn sedap.(ish lapaaa)
TAPI DLM BANYAK-BANYAK MASAKAN YG PENAH SAYA MAKAN..MY MUM PUNYA ASAM PEDAS IS MY FAV.HEHE..sbb kurang pedas..

I found white canna in my garden (at my side of my parents house-yard)..weird..mcm mane tetibe leh tumbuh bunga ni?..rupenyer my mum pernah campak benih bunga tasbih ni dulu.but she's claim it was suppose to b pink in color tp mcm mane boleh white color ni?.anyway my mum loves to pick/collect any plant tht she like while went to schools semasa buat pemeriksaan gigi bebudak sekolah.sekolah kn ade byk bunga2..termasuklah roses yg ada skrg..skolah mane tah bagi.
Canna..also known as bunga tasbih..was very popular as a lanscape plant. in Asia (Malaysia) and also in America (Texas , Florida) >> central & southeastern US , tropical type of plant.
Canna flowers are asymmetrical, with three petals, three sepals and three highly modified showy petal-like stamens. They come in a rainbow of shades from yellows, oranges, reds and pinks. The flowers are followed by a capsule with round, shotlike seeds.
and suddenly i FOUND this...
this canna called Hybrid Canna Lily 'Aida' (than i know that i have a commercial & international name! ) and it is PINK..hehe i loikee
