macaroni bolognese
|

senang je nk buat macaroni bolognese ni..
amik lebih2 sos bolognese tu..gaul kn aje dgn macaroni..biar dlm kuali kejap..pastu add white pepper or fried eggs & ready to eat!
Preparation - Medium
Prep: 30 min Cook: 3-5 hrs
Serves 4
Spaghetti Bolognese - Bolognese sauce usually features at least two different kinds of meat, the meat is usually minced, not ground, and milk or cream in some measure is added at some point.
3 Tb olive oil
3 TB butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery finely chopped
2 carrots finely chopped (size of a wooden match head)
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp dry oregano (more to taste) 1 tsp fresh
1 14 oz and 1 28 oz can tomatoes (36 oz all together)
14 oz tomato sauce - homemade, or commercial, Hunts or similar, or 3 - 4 medium-sized fresh, ripe tomatoes (see below)
1 lb good quality beef, minced
chili pepper or pepperoncino, small piece (more to taste)
Pasta pot, heavy casserole or pot for long, slow simmer.
IN the heaviest, deepest pot you have, heat the oil/butter. Add the chopped onion and saute briefly over medium heat until just translucent. Add chopped onion, celery, carrot and hot pepper. Sauté over medium heat until soft, stirring occasionaly about 8 minutes
ADD the minced beef , breaking it up with a fork. Add salt to taste, stir, and cook only until the meat has lost its raw, red color. turn the heat up to medium high, and cook, stirring occasionally.
ADD the tomatoes, the oregano and the bay leaves and stir thoroughly. When the tomatoes have started to bubble, turn the heat down until the sauce cooks at the gentlest simmer, just an occasional bubble. Cook, uncovered, for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally adding more hot water as necessary. Taste and check for salt. (If you cannot keep an eye on the sauce for such a long stretch, you can turn off the heat and resume cooking it later on. But do finish cooking it in one day.)
USING FRESH TOMATOES: Plunge in hot water, peel and de seed as much as possible, simmer in a little water, covered, until soft, then process briefly to a coarse sauce consistency before adding.
YOU can refrigerate for up to 3 days. Freezes well. You can make extra portions for later.

3) i love eating BUT my stomach is a bit fussy whn it comes about choosing food.
4) I really appreciate arts , i love arts since primary . i love designer stuff.
5) i love cats! sometimes i'm talking to them & i think i know how they feel / want, such as sick ,
hungry, want something, frighten ..etc.
6) i used to get clicked with comp & internet since 16 yrs. & i might feel uneasy if i'm not looking at my comp screen within 3 days.

hey everyone~! I'm Back
dah 4 bulan rupanye x photoblog..
a lot of things happened in the past few months...so i've no interest to update anything..
so now i'm quite comfortable with my new career..
and typical me, i need time to adopt new enviroment , ppl and etc.
Alhamdulillah..everything is going very well.

btw, i'm lack of time & ideas to update..
kalo dulu almost 8 hrs..sitting in front of PC..& the connection pn superb..but nw..quite limited at 2pm internet conn dh shut down..at home pulak super slow lah..
yesterday, April 16.was a public holiday so i made a Kek Batik.
here it goes..
1. biskut marie , cut into 4 pieces
2.prepare a mixture of cocoa + butter + milk , mcm buat topping. i used balance of choc topping tht i made before.
3. add a mixture of choc into the pieces of biscuits. make sure the choc covers all the biscuits
4. add groundnuts, to make it more tasty & crunchy
5. u may add nestum if u like..in this case, i just want to clear out the stock..hihi
i used nestum as a based..
6. put the mixture of choc & biscuits into a container..make it compact as nice as u can..& scatter a blended groundnuts.chill it into fridge & ready to eat!

just wanna share some pictures..tht shows our spring in malaysia..
it's going to be fruits season soon..so to all ppl yg di kota metropolitan sana..rajin2 la balik kg..kutip bunga durian ke huhu..(but actually i want to mention..tgk2 ler our beloved grandma tu..lately slalu x sehat) jgn tunggu buah dh masak ranum br nk balekk..sometimes ade gak dia tanya i si ** xbalik ke..?
